We want to make announcement on some personnel changes within our Erbe China organization. Starting from 29 June 2022, Dr. Liu Bin is no longer with Erbe and Mrs. Yang Jia is suspended. They are no longer in charge of any matter of Erbe China.

我们在此公布关于爱尔博中国的若干人事变动的消息。自2022年6月29日起，刘斌博士已不再担任爱尔博的任何职务，杨佳女士已被停职。他们将不再负责爱尔博中国的任何事务。

Mr. Felstead has replaced Dr. Liu Bin as the Chairman of Board of Directors and the Legal Representative of Erbe China. Mr. Tientsung Chen is the new General Manager and takes full charge of daily operation and management of Erbe China. Mr. Chen is an experienced, well-known and respected leader in the business community. He has decades of executive experience in global organizations with a proven track record of team development, sales and manufacturing operations, and successfully managing leadership transitions. We are confident that Mr. Chen will guide us through this period of change and work with you to position Erbe for continued success in China.  

Marcus Felstead先生接替刘斌博士担任爱尔博中国的董事长兼法定代表人。陈天宗先生作为新任总经理全面负责爱尔博中国的日常经营和管理。陈总是一位经验丰富且备受尊敬的商界知名领导者，具备数十年的全球组织管理经验。在团队发展、销售和生产运营以及成功管理领导层交接方面，陈总拥有出色的成就。我们相信，陈总会引领我们平稳过渡，并与各位共同努力，促进爱尔博在中国不断取得成功。
